I’m all about serving delicious treats to my family that look good and taste great. But I am not above using shortcuts and purchased ingredients. In my book semi-homemade is just as good. We whipped up a batch of these Smores cookies in minutes.
Ingredients:
1 chocolate bar, finely chopped
3/4 cup mini marshmallows
6 graham crackers, crushed
1 roll of refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Directions:
Place sugar cookie dough in large bowl. Add the chopped chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows. Mix until thoroughly blended. Roll into ball and placed on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until cookies are golden.
It’s like having Smores without the fuss of a fire and burning the marshmallows!
What’s Cookin’ at your home this week?

those look delicious! yumm
OMG!!! I love S’mores so those look heavenly! My one and only problem with pre-made ingredients is that I often eat them all before I actually finish baking them. LOL!!
5 out of 5 stars
This recipe is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
I LOVE how nice and simple your recipes are! They seem so much more “doable” when there arent 26 ingredients – half of which I wouldnt know where to find in a grocery store LOL
These look so great!! Thanks for sharing, I’ll have to bookmark it
