The holiday season plays havoc with my waistline. I want to indulge in those tempting holiday treats I only enjoy once a year. On the other hand, I don’t want to spend months of the New Year dieting. This year I created an Amazing Creamy Mocha Smoothie to drink instead of some of the fattening drinks I was offered. Plus, it only takes a few minutes to make.
Ingredients:
8 ounces boiling water
1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened instant mocha coffee mix
1/2 cup skim milk
4 packets Sweet’N Low
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup crushed ice
Directions:
Combine boiling water and coffee, stir until well mixed. Add milk, Sweet ‘N Low and vanilla to coffee. Pour the coffee mixture into a blender and add the cup of crushed ice. Blend on smoothie setting until mixture is creamy and smooth. Pour into glasses. Makes 2 twelve ounce servings.

I am creating this recipe in conjunction with Sweet ‘N Low and the Daily Buzz Tastemaker Program. A product sample and compensation was received.

Oh that sounds yummy!
This sounds so yummy! Thanks for sharing your recipe.
Sounds delicious Pam. I grew up on Sweet n Low and still use it in my iced tea and other drinks. Thanks for the recipe!
That looks really good. I love things like that and I am always looking for low cal/ low sugar recipes
I love flavored coffee drinks. I used to order them way to often at Starbucks. Now I’ve really cut down, however I do use cream in my coffee all the time.
Nummy! Looks great, will have to try this!
